I was recently told by my financial advisor that I could retire at any time! It came as a big shock to me as I thought I had many more years to go before I was able to retire. I am not planning on retiring any time soon but the news did get me thinking about “Time”…..

If you are not familiar with the “envelopes” budgeting system……. It is very simplistic and has many advantages.

UPDATE! I’ve received numerous calls and emails in response to the previous blog/post on this topic. Upon reflection, I realize that my tone may have been more assertive than originally intended. It’s important to clarify that Verizon has not engaged in any questionable or unethical practices when introducing anti-bulk language into their PALs.

It was recently brought to my attention that I hung out my shingle 20 years ago! The multi-family industry has so many opportunities, career paths, and people. I can’t say enough how glad I am to be a part of it.

With budget season upon us, it is a good time to get organized and get a handle on what contracts/services you have in place at each community.
